How it works
From first enquiry to cleared goods
Step 1: Tell us about the shipment
Send us the commodity, origin, destination and route using the enquiry form or by phone.
Step 2: We confirm the documents
We set out the exact document set your goods need, including any health, SPS or origin paperwork.
Step 3: We prepare and submit
Declarations, pre-notifications and transit documents are lodged accurately and on time.
Step 4: We keep you updated
Proactive communication with you, your haulier and the authorities until the goods are released.
